I am a creative spirit, an old soul and an instigator. My introverted tendencies instigate me to actively seek and explore outside of my comfort zone. It defines me... My favorite joy's are twofold: to create something from nothing....and to look at what is...seeing what could be. I call it creative instigation.
impressionism”…an artistic style originated in France during the 1860’s that seeks to capture a feeling or experience rather than to achieve an accurate depiction. Each of us has our own personal definition of what art is… It is a very powerful experience when a piece of work engages a sense of pleasure within our soul. This is what art is supposed to do. This is what I seek to do.
My work is for sale. My art displays best, as large, unique statement pieces. They bring a wall to life… viewed horizontally above a couch or vertically, on a blank wall. Using a picture light and timer as I do, each evening you can feel and enjoy your pieces’ magic, as light brings this work alive. This is a perfect, unique Christmas gift. Proceeds from your purchase will benefit Ovarian Cancer Research and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
I design and knit sweaters. My designs are original, and the pieces are one of a kind. Below is my Holiday Collection for sale.
Model is 5’6″, size M. Each sweater description will have the body length ( shoulder to sweater base) and width (side to side). Use these dimensions to assess how the sweater will fit your body. I suggest finding a sweater you own, and take the above dimensions. Do not stretch while you measure. Compare the measurements. All pieces have extra long sleeves.
My sweater’s are carefree… man-made materials. Wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Dry… using no heat or delicate. If necessary block when damp. Note: these are hand-knit pieces… subtle imperfections add to their character.

After countless home renovation and design studies, I have come to cherish my love affair with “space”. I have designed, renovated, built, decorated, lit, and landscaped space. Yet, never have I captured it.
