After countless home renovation and design studies, I have come to cherish my love affair with “space”. I have designed, renovated, built, decorated, lit, and landscaped space. Yet, never have I captured it.
I am now exploring “captured space”… where I grasp the feel and emotion of detailed space, in an impressionistic art form… using canvas, imagination, creativity and a simple image that begs to be heard.

Impressionism: an artistic style originated in France in the 1860’s that seeks to capture a feeling or experience rather than to achieve
an accurate depiction.
Each of us has our own personal definition of what art is… It is a very powerful experience when a piece of work engages a sense of pleasure within our soul. This is what art is supposed to do. This is what I seek to do.
My art is displayed as large, unique statement pieces. They bring a wall to life… viewed horizontally or vertically, on a blank space.
