Embracing Island living… 

Where roosters begin mornings’ glory, and song birds sing their melody.

Where chameleons come for morning coffee,  and cats come over to play.

Where the oceans’ thunder of background waves are mastered by the wind. 

Where heat of the sun controls the day … it, too, gentled by the movement of the wind.

Where wild, beautiful horses roam…  unbridled and are free.

Island living…

I, too, feeling free today.

Candle magic… Saint Patrick’s Day

Saint Patty’s 2024

…candle magic.  It’s my favorite time of day, especially when it corresponds with the setting of the sun. Tonight’s conversation:  we moved Kip’s studio to North over the weekend with a U-Haul trailer. Google Kip’s art work: Artsy Kip Cantrick.  Shinkel Fine Art of Detroit has invited Kip to be represented by their gallery.

… walk with me Morning time 02 03 2024

In the morning, lying in my bed, creating the direction of my day, I often hug my me, embracing who I am. This small self gesture of kindness to myself, reassures me that no matter what my day may bring, I will run forward, not away from its challenges, knowing that I love and trust the person I have become and will do the best I can.
